Mark and Brenda Askew are the founders of the Family Reunion Planning Group. This group was founded in 2005. The mission is to inspire young families to adopt the tradition of family reunion planning in order to help them connect to the past, establish an identity, build a sense of responsibility in their children and become strong stabilizing pillars of the community.
