Getting the rsvp's can be a huge battle. It would be so much easier if everyone would just respond to emails and letters when you first send them out. On the other hand I'm sure there are lots of reasons such as job schedules and health that people don't know if they'll need a t-shirt or will be attending the reunion. Your ideas are helpful
